Secondary School Bible Quiz
With the success of its weekly interactive radio program, the producers of Scriptural Search Radio Discussion programme announced its monthly Bible Quiz for secondary school students beginning in November 2007. This tangible effort was designed to assist the youth of the nation to increase their knowledge and understanding of the Bible. At the same time it will give them an opportunity win useful prizes in a wholesome and positive way.
- Three questions will be asked from a particular section of the Bible on the Scriptural Search programme on WEFM 99.9 on the first Tuesday of each month and repeated on the second. Questions along with the winner of the previous month’s quiz will also be published in the Searchlight newspaper on the weekend following the first Tuesday.
- Participating students will be asked to send in their answers by email to ss_bq@yahoo.com, via the postal service to: Quiz; P.O. Box 1723, Kingstown, or by text message to 593-4345. The deadline for entries is the 29th of each month and the name, form and school of each entrant must also be clearly stated.
- Draws will be made on the first Tuesday of each month. The student with all correct answers first drawn will win a Bible and a cash award of EC$100 to assist with school supplies or transportation and a EC$100 gift voucher from Acute Cosmetics.
- The quiz is opened to all secondary school students in SVG.
